We love these little fritters. I came up with the idea for these as a way to combine my hubby's favorite things, bbq sauce, sharp cheddar, pretzels and chicken. We love to serve them up as dinner or a bite size snacks during the game. They are super versatile and easy to fix especially if you use rotisserie chicken like I do.
A few weeks back I made these at a get together with friends. They were a huge hit. Spicy and perfect on the grill! You can also bake them too if desired. Save your self some pain and remember to wear gloves while handling the jalapenos. :)
Football, Football, and more Football!!! Are you ready for it? Boy, I sure am! We had a lot going on this past week getting everyone ready for school on Monday so we had to dvr a few preseason games. Today we made this pizza and some Buffalo Chicken Nacho to eat while we got caught up. This pizza was great! Combination of pizza and a great burger and fries is out of this world. :)
One of my favorite things to order for take out is a great big bowl of chicken fried rice. It is something I crave a lot besides pizza and wings. A few years ago I found this great recipe and since then I haven't ordered chicken fried rice again. It's exactly the way the whole family likes it! :) YUM!
One can NEVER have to many pancake recipes especially as great as this one..... Are you ready for this? Cookie dough chunks in the batter, topped with a cookie dough glaze. This was an instant hit for us on our last breakfast for dinner night. Made a great sweet ending. Who doesn't love cookie dough?
I almost forgot how great these are on a hot summer morning, it's been years since I have had one. They are so easy that kids can make them. They are also great on the run as a snack or a quick breakfast. Just freeze the banana and brush on some honey and top with your favorite cereal, granola, nuts, or even chocolate/coconut. The sky's the limit. If you haven't tried them, whatcha waiting for? :)
Hey all! I have a great recipe for you all today! I have been serving this up for years now. It's one of our staples. Very hearty and filling. They look impressive with not to much work.
I have a small addiction to cold coffee. Lets just say that when it gets hot its all I want. So instead of spending money out I now make these little babies at home. No need to get of my pjs to get my coffee fix anymore. :)
Tasty Tasty.... These meatballs are so good! Serve them up as finger food or on top of your favorite pasta for supper. Anyway you want, just eat them!! :)
