Another egg roll recipe for you. Yes I know I'm crazy! I am in love of the idea of stuffing everything into an egg roll wrapper and this one is no different! The credit for this one goes to my hubby David. Over dinner last year he came up with about 10 different kinds and one of them being this one. They are great hearty and a meal in themselves.

I am new to pickling. I have been wanting to try it out for a few years now and just haven't seem to have a chance. I decided to start with something I really enjoy and go eat a lot of. So, the first thing that came to my mind was jalapenos!!
These turned out great!! Crunchy and spicy... I even had some on my eggs this morning. :)

One of my favorite things to order when we are out to dinner is Coconut Shrimp. I can't get enough of the crunchy sweet shrimp. To save money we started making this at home. The whole family goes crazy when we make this now. Tasty and delicious!
Hey guys! This week we tried out a new pancake recipe just for the sheer fact that it has bananas in it. Our little monkey is a banana eating fool so to make him a special treat we made these. YUM! They were a huge hit! If you like the chunky monkey ice cream flavor you will enjoy these! :)
When I first met David I wasn't really into cooking, actually we ate out a lot. But I was sure to learn how to cook a few of his favorite dishes. And this dish was one the first few things I learned to make.. :) It's also one of my top 10 favorite dishes I have made so far, even from way back when.
Chicken lightly breaded and cooked in a lemon/butter/wine sauce...Oh boy! I'm glad I have some left over for me tomorrow, if I can make it that long!
When it gets really hot we tend to go pick up some kind of Slurpee or Icees from the gas station when we are out and about. It's just one of those fun things that just screams summer to us like driving with the windows down and singing to your favorite songs on the top of your lungs. It just makes it summer.. Well now we have taken to making our own at home with our favorite soda. Any soda can be used as long as its not made with artificial sweetener. Give it a whirl in the ice cream machine and you have a great treat without leaving your home. So make a batch and break out the slip n slide in the backyard. :) Enjoy the summer!
Oh yeah. It's as wonderful as it sounds, crunchy and fun! What's better than french toast coated in cereal? I can't think of anything... Give it a whirl! :)
