Why spend money on buying taco seasoning when most likely you already have all the spices you need at home? Plus I can control how much salt and what goes in it. Homemade just taste better too. Makes enough for one pound of ground beef. :)

Taco Seasoning
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water (opt)
Cooking Directions
- *In a large skillet brown 1 pound ground beef over medium high heat. Drain and return to pan, add seasonings and water (if desired). Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.

My family loves tacos. I'll be trying this!
I just mixed this up, as I finally ran out of the large pre-fab container of taco seasoning. I didn't have any ground coriander. Haven't actually made anything with it yet, but I'll let you know how it goes.
