As you know by now I Love Bacon! Well and cheese, and beef, okay a lot of different stuff. Usually when you combine the three, wonderful and magical things happen. Throw in a biscuit cup and you have a quick dinner that the whole family will love.

Bacon Cheeseburger Cups
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- garlic powder, to taste
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Cooking Directions
- *In a large skillet over medium heat cook onions and beef. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper, continue to cook until beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat; set aside.
- Grease muffin tin. Press each biscuit into the bottom and up the sides of each cup. Spoon about 2 Tablespoons of beef mixture into each biscuit, top with a pinch of cheese and bacon. Bake at 400 degrees F for 14 to 16 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted
