Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. hot dogs, sliced
  • 2 16 oz. can refrigerated biscuits, quartered
  • 3 cups chili (ours is thick, might need less)

Cooking Directions

  1. *Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium heat warm chili, hot dogs, and about 3/4 of the cheese. Mix until heated. Gently fold in biscuits.
  2. Scoop mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 25 mins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese bake for additional 10 mins. Let stand 5 mins. before serving. Drizzle with mustard if desired. You could also add onions, ketchup, or jalapenos, whatever you love to top your dog with.

Does your husband realized that he has a gem? My wife would never eat any of this. She even makes me eat her way too. I would give anything to have such a great and fun girl like you Kristen. Hell, your even a sports fan, you are a dream girl. Take Care and keep making my mouth water. Scotty

What happens to the biscuits when there mixed in there?Don't they get mushy?

As long as the mixture is not too wet and the correct size pan is used then No they cook just fine and are not mushy
