Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Today is National Nacho day! Since yesterday was so yummy with the Cake Batter Doughnuts for doughnut appreciation day, we decided to make some nachos today for the Cowboys game. Plain nachos just wouldn't do.

We do something similar to this, its basically the same way except we mix cream cheese in with the chicken and hot sauce and shredded cheddar cheese and I serve it with tortillas or some type of bread! YUMMY! It goes so fast I hardly ever get a chance to save any of it! The guys love it for the games too!
